Tom goes to Borough Market in London every Saturday. He wakes up at seven o'clock. He has breakfast at half past seven. He leaves home at eight o'clock. The bus comes at ten past eight. It takes thirty minutes to get to the market. Tom arrives at twenty to nine. He buys apples, bread, and cheese. The apples are three pounds. The bread is two pounds fifty. The cheese is five pounds. "That is ten pounds fifty, please," the seller says. Tom pays with a ten-pound note and a fifty-pence coin. He is happy with his shopping. He goes home at twelve o'clock. It is a good morning.
