The community centre in Liverpool has many classes. Mary is the manager. She can speak three languages: English, Spanish, and French. Tom is a music teacher. He can play the guitar and the piano. Lucy teaches art. She can paint beautiful pictures. The centre has a sports hall. Young people can play basketball and football there. There is also a kitchen. Volunteers can cook meals for elderly people. "Can you swim?" Mary asks a boy. "Yes, I can," he says. "But I can't dive." "That's OK," Mary smiles. "You can learn."
